7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all orders.
If your product arrives damaged or not working, you may request a full refund within 7 days of receiving your order.

Important Terms:

  • The product must be used as directed for its intended purpose

  • Unused products are not eligible for refunds

  • Product must be returned in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the product is faulty or incorrect


Change of Mind

If you simply change your mind, you may return the product within 7 days, but a 40% deduction will be applied to cover handling and restocking fees.

Once approved, we’ll share return instructions.
After receiving and inspecting the product, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.


Up to 1-Year Replacement Warranty

Most products come with an up to 1-year limited replacement warranty, covering manufacturing defects or issues from normal use.

Covered:

  • Internal malfunctions

  • Electrical or mechanical issues not caused by user error

Not Covered:

  • Damage due to misuse, drops, or water (unless stated waterproof)

  • Lost or stolen items

  • Cosmetic damage from normal wear and tear

We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund, depending on the situation.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
