What delivery options do you offer?
We offer standard home delivery across Pakistan. All parcels are shipped through trusted courier partners to ensure fast and secure delivery.
Do you have any delivery area restrictions?
We deliver to all major cities and towns in Pakistan. For remote or out-of-service areas, our courier partners will contact you to arrange the nearest delivery point.
Do you have free delivery?
Yes! We offer free delivery nationwide on orders above Rs. 2,000. For smaller orders, a minimal shipping fee will be added at checkout.
When will my order ship?
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 24–48 hours after confirmation. You’ll receive a tracking number once your package is dispatched.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery typically takes:
1–3 working days for major cities.
3–5 working days for other areas in Pakistan.
Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped directly from our It’s Zara distribution centre in Faisalabad Pakistan to ensure quick delivery and authentic packaging.
Can you provide me with an invoice?
Yes, absolutely. A digital invoice is automatically sent to your email once your order is confirmed. If you didn’t receive it, just email us, and we’ll resend it right away.
RETURNS&REFUNDS
What is your returns policy?
We offer a 7-day return policy on unused and unopened products. Items must be returned in their original packaging with proof of purchase
What is your satisfaction guarantee?
Your happiness matters to us! If a product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days and we’ll replace it or issue a refund — no hassle.
Can I return a product if I have opened it?
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used beauty devices, skincare items, or accessories unless the item is faulty.
What if I’m not satisfied with my product?
If you’re not completely satisfied, please email support@itszara.com with your order details. Our team will review your concern and guide you through the next steps.

How do I apply my discount code?
Simply enter your discount code at checkout in the “Discount Code” box before completing payment. Your total will update instantly.
Why is my discount code not working?
Please double-check the code’s expiry date and usage limit. Some codes apply only to specific products or require a minimum order amount.
How can I pay for my order?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), Bank Transfer, Credit/Debit Cards, and EasyPaisa/JazzCash payments across Pakistan.

Can I change the items in my order?
Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be modified. However, you can cancel it within 2 hours of placing and reorder the correct items.

Please email a photo or video of the issue to support@itszara.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. We’ll arrange a replacement.
I have received the wrong item — what do I do?
We’re sorry for the mix-up! Send a photo of the wrong product and your order number to our support team — we’ll fix it right away.
There are items missing from my order — what should I do?
Check your shipping confirmation; some items may arrive separately. If still missing, contact us and we’ll ensure it’s resolved.
Why don’t my products have seals?
Some of our devices come without seals for quality inspection before shipping. Don’t worry — your product is brand new and unused.
